- Health research needs proof that records are intact and that only the right people touched them. Patient data must never end up on a shared network.

- The COMFORTage Data Integrity System runs live on Reltime Mainnet, contributed through partner NTNU. Only a fingerprint, a timestamp and the submitter are written to the network.

- Roles are enforced end to end. Nurses submit, doctors validate, auditors read, and administrators cannot alter registered records.
