- Your name, work email, organisation, area of interest and the message you write.
- Purpose
- We use this information only to answer your enquiry.
- Retention
- We keep it until the enquiry is handled, then delete it unless a business relationship follows.
- Your rights
- Under the GDPR you can ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction, object to processing, and complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
- Rail Finder
- When you ask for a detailed plan we collect your answers (sector, challenges, urgency) and your contact details. We use them only to prepare a plan and contact you. The legal basis is your consent. We delete the data on request, or after 12 months if no customer relationship follows. Use the delete link in your confirmation email or write to christian@reltime.com.
