Dr. Frode van der Laak
Co-founder, Chief Technology Officer and lead inventor
Frode architects the Reltime network and its verification method. He holds an MSc from Oxford and a PhD from King's College London, with research collaboration at NTNU. Over 25 years he has turned research into production systems, from mission-critical telecom to governed verification infrastructure. Inventor or co-inventor of 14 technologies, he was named Best Researcher by the International Congress for Research Excellence.
Marlene Julo
Co-founder and Chair of the Board
Marlene co-founded Reltime and led the company as Chief Executive Officer through its build phase, taking the platform from first deployment into production and into European defence and health programmes. As Chair she now leads the board and the company's governance as Reltime moves into commercial scale.
Pelle Wedenmark
Head of Business Development
Pelle leads the enterprise pipeline across Reltime's European markets and its dialogues in the Americas. He has built distribution, import and sales businesses on two continents and is known for connecting the right people and companies. He holds several board positions and brings a network that opens doors at owner and executive level.
